Built for teams that need more — without adding headcount.

Kaye Communications is a marketing and communications consultancy founded by Jen Kaye Lapierre. Jen partners with growing technology companies as an embedded extension of their in-house teams — providing the strategic guidance, operational rigor, and executional horsepower that internal teams need to scale without burning out or overbuilding.

Jen's background spans PR agencies and in-house marketing leadership, giving her a combination of perspectives that's hard to find in one person: she understands how analysts and media work, and she understands the realities of operating inside a company. That's what makes her work integrate so naturally — and what makes it last.

Her core areas of focus are analyst relations, corporate communications, content creation, and project management. She also works with marketing teams to identify and automate their most complex, time-consuming workflows — building AI frameworks, custom agents, and automated processes using the tools organizations already have, so teams can spend less time on repetitive work and more time on the work that actually moves the business forward. Across everything, the approach is the same: bring structure, reduce friction, and connect the work back to business outcomes that leadership can see and measure.

Outside of work, Jen is busy making memories with her young family. She's also a passionate foodie and loves traveling the world whenever the opportunity arises
